What type of canvases do you use?
All canvases are stretched canvas, gallery wrapped, 1 1/2 inches deep, making them ready to hang without needing a frame.
What type of paper do you use for artwork?
All paper pieces are created on professional watercolor paper with deckled edges, ensuring a high-quality and unique finish.
Do you offer custom commissions?
Yes, custom artwork is available upon request. Contact us to discuss your vision, size, colors, and pricing.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take for my order to ship?
- Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 2-4 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces: Processing time varies depending on the complexity of the artwork.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S., please contact us to discuss possible shipping options.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What happens if my order is lost or delayed?
Theresa Zingg Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our artwork, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Send photos of the damaged item, packaging, and order details to theresazinggart@yahoo.com, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

How do I care for my artwork?
- Canvas Paintings: Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity. Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth.
- Watercolor Paper Art: Frame behind glass for protection and display in a cool, dry place.
Can I frame my artwork?
- Canvas paintings: Since they are gallery-wrapped, framing is optional but can enhance their presentation.
- Watercolor paper pieces: Framing is recommended to protect the artwork and highlight the deckled edges.
