What type of paper do you use for artwork?

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our artwork, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Send photos of the damaged item, packaging, and order details to theresazinggart@yahoo.com, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

- Canvas paintings: Since they are gallery-wrapped, framing is optional but can enhance their presentation.
- Watercolor paper pieces: Framing is recommended to protect the artwork and highlight the deckled edges.
